What should be paid attention to when installing air suspension centrifugal blower?
Matters needing attention in installation of air suspension centrifugal blower
The air suspension centrifugal blower relies on air bearings to realize non-contact operation, which requires high installation environment, foundation flatness, pipeline stress and protection conditions, especially in chemical, pharmaceutical, sewage treatment and other working conditions. The installation quality directly affects the stability of equipment operation, bearing life and safety and reliability. The whole installation process should follow the manufacturer's technical documents and relevant specifications, focusing on the following aspects.
Before installation, check and accept the equipment and site conditions. First, check whether the appearance of fan main engine, motor, control cabinet and air inlet filter are in good condition, whether there is any transportation bump, deformation or moisture, and check whether the model, parameters and factory data are consistent with the design requirements. At the same time, confirm that the site foundation size, elevation and anchor bolt position match the equipment base, the strength of foundation concrete reaches the standard, the surface is smooth and free of cracks and sand, and sufficient maintenance space is reserved around the fan, and the operating distance around the fan is at least 1 meter, and the lifting space is reserved at the top. Clean up the installation environment, eliminate dust, sundries and corrosive gas residues, ensure ventilation and dryness at the site, and avoid rainwater and water vapor directly invading the fan.
Foundation and shock absorption installation are key links. The vibration of air suspension fan is very small, but it is still necessary to set up a rigid foundation or damping device, and it is forbidden to put it directly on a simple bracket. The foundation levelness error should be controlled within the allowable range of the specification, generally not exceeding 0.1mm/m, so as to prevent the air bearing from being biased and the rotor from being unbalanced due to inclination. The fastening of anchor bolts should be uniformly stressed to avoid excessive local stress. If the working condition requires vibration prevention or noise reduction, a special shock absorber should be installed between the base and the foundation, and the layout of the shock absorber is symmetrical. After installation, the level should be checked to ensure that the main body of the fan is in a horizontal state, and twisting force is strictly prohibited.
Pipeline connection must follow the principle of stress-free docking. The inlet and outlet pipes shall be equipped with flexible joints to isolate the tension and thrust of the pipe vibration and thermal expansion and contraction on the fan shell, and it is strictly prohibited to directly press the pipe weight on the inlet and outlet flanges of the fan. When the flanges are butted, the gasket shall be centered, and the bolts shall be tightened symmetrically and evenly. The fan flange shall not be deformed by forcibly correcting the pipeline position. High-efficiency filters should be installed in the air inlet pipeline to prevent dust and impurities from entering the main engine and damaging the bearings and impellers. The interior of the pipeline should be cleaned in advance, and there is no welding slag, rust and oil pollution. Check valves, pressure relief valves and regulating valves should be reasonably set in the outlet pipeline, and the valves should be installed in the right direction to avoid air impact and damage to the fan. The slope of the pipeline is reasonable, so as to prevent condensed water and accumulated liquid from flowing back into the main engine of the fan.
Electrical and control system installation should be standardized and reliable. The fan is a high-speed precision equipment. The power supply voltage, frequency and phase sequence must meet the requirements of the nameplate, and the power supply is stable without large fluctuation. If necessary, a voltage stabilizing device should be provided. The cable laying is standard, the wiring is firm, the grounding is reliable, the requirements of lightning protection and antistatic are met, and the distance between the control cabinet and the host computer is moderate, which is convenient for operation and observation. Signal wire and power wire are arranged separately to avoid electromagnetic interference from affecting the monitoring of parameters such as speed, temperature and vibration. After the installation, check the motor steering, and it is forbidden to run reversely to prevent the air bearing from being damaged. All sensors, temperature probes and vibration monitoring devices are installed at the positions specified by the manufacturer, with firm connection and normal signal transmission.
Environmental protection and installation of ancillary facilities can not be ignored. The fan should be installed indoors or in a rain shelter to avoid the sun, rain and sand. The ambient temperature should be controlled between-5℃ and 40℃. If it is too high, it will easily trigger a high temperature alarm, and if it is too low, it will affect the starting performance of the bearing. The air inlet is far away from the source of dust, corrosive gas and water vapor, and an air inlet heating or dehumidification device is added when necessary. The cooling air duct of the fan is unobstructed and unobstructed to ensure the cooling effect. The site is equipped with fire-fighting and protective facilities. Explosion-proof areas such as pharmaceuticals and chemicals should be constructed in strict accordance with the explosion-proof grade, and the electrical components and lines should be sealed up to the standard to eliminate potential safety hazards.
After installation, no-load debugging and inspection are required. First, manually turn the car to confirm that the rotor rotates smoothly without jamming and abnormal noise, and then turn on the power for no-load operation, monitor whether the starting current, speed, temperature and vibration values are normal, and check whether there is air leakage, oil leakage and abnormal noise. Step by step loading test, observe the running state of the fan under different loads, recheck the pressure and flow parameters, and confirm that the pipes, valves and instruments work normally. At the same time, the operator shall be disclosed, and the sequence of startup and shutdown and the main points of daily inspection shall be made clear to avoid damaging the equipment due to misoperation.
In the later use, the installation environment should be kept clean, the filter should be cleaned regularly, and the pipeline seal and foundation fastening should be checked to ensure the long-term stable operation of the fan.
