How to check and accept the installation and debugging of roots blower?

The acceptance after installation and debugging of Roots blower mainly includes the following aspects:

Installation inspection

Foundation inspection: check whether the foundation surface is smooth and whether there are any defects such as cracks and honeycomb pits. The size, position and elevation of the foundation should meet the design requirements, the position, depth and verticality of the anchor bolts should be correct, and the nuts and washers should be in close contact with the equipment base.

Equipment installation inspection: check whether the installation position of the fan is correct, the machine body should be stable, and its vertical and horizontal levelness deviation should not exceed the specified value. For belt driven fans, the axes of the two pulleys should be parallel, and the center line of the wheel width should be on the same straight line; For the fan driven by coupling, the axial lines of the two couplings should coincide, and the radial displacement and end clearance should meet the requirements. The connection between the fan and the pipeline shall be firm and tight, and there shall be no forced connection or deformation.

Debugging inspection

Lubrication system inspection: check whether the oil quality of lubricating oil meets the requirements, and the oil level should be within the range specified in the oil label. Turn the car manually before starting, and check whether the lubrication system can supply oil normally and whether all lubrication parts are fully lubricated.

Electrical system inspection: check whether the wiring of the motor is correct and the grounding is reliable. Measuring the insulation resistance of the motor should meet the requirements. Check whether the startup and protection devices of the fan are sensitive and reliable, such as overload protection and short circuit protection.

No-load test run: Before the fan starts, the inlet and outlet valves should be opened to ensure that the fan starts under no-load condition. After starting, observe whether the running direction of the fan is correct and whether there is abnormal vibration and noise. Measuring the no-load current of the motor should be within the rated range. Check the temperature of each part of the fan, the bearing temperature should not exceed the specified value, and the body temperature should be normal. No-load test run time is generally 2-4 hours.

Load test run: After the no-load test run is qualified, gradually close the outlet valve, adjust the system pressure to the rated working pressure, and carry out load test run. During the load trial operation, closely observe the operation status of the fan, including vibration, sound, temperature, pressure, current and other parameters. Check the sealing performance of the fan, and there shall be no leakage. The load test run time is generally not less than 4 hours. For newly installed fans, it is recommended to run continuously for more than 24 hours to comprehensively check the performance and reliability of the fans.

Performance acceptance

Air volume measurement: Use appropriate air volume measuring instruments, such as pitot tube and air volume hood, to measure the air volume at the air outlet or pipeline of the fan. The measurement results should meet the design air volume requirements of the fan, and the deviation should generally not exceed 5%.

Wind pressure measurement: install a pressure gauge on the outlet pipeline of the fan to measure the wind pressure of the fan under rated working conditions. The wind pressure value should meet the design requirements, and the deviation is generally less than 5%.

Power measurement: use a power measuring instrument to measure the input power of the motor and calculate the shaft power of the fan. The measured power should not exceed the rated power of the fan, otherwise there may be overload problems.

Noise measurement: When the fan is running, use a sound level meter to measure the noise at a distance of 1m from the fan casing and a height of 1.5m from the ground. The noise value shall meet the relevant standards and design requirements, and generally not exceed 85-90 decibels.

During the acceptance process, the data of various inspections and measurements shall be recorded in detail, and any problems found shall be rectified in time until the acceptance standard is met. After acceptance, an acceptance report shall be prepared and filed as important technical data for equipment installation and debugging.
