Energy consumption cost

Magnetic suspension blower: magnetic suspension bearing technology and high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor are adopted, which has no mechanical contact and friction and reduces energy loss. At the same time, stepless frequency conversion speed regulation can be realized through the frequency converter, and the air volume and air pressure can be accurately adjusted according to the actual demand, so that the equipment can maintain efficient operation under different working conditions. Compared with the traditional Roots blower, it saves about 30%-40% energy, 20% energy than the multi-stage centrifugal blower and 15% energy than the single-stage high-speed centrifugal blower.

Ordinary blowers: For example, Roots blowers have problems such as mechanical friction and transmission loss. Even if certain energy-saving measures are adopted for centrifugal blowers, energy loss will occur in the links such as multi-stage impeller transmission and gear speed increase of multi-stage centrifugal blowers. Friction loss of mechanical bearings and transmission loss between motors and impellers also exist in single-stage high-speed centrifugal blowers, and the air volume adjustment is often not flexible enough, which leads to high energy consumption when operating under off-design conditions.

Maintenance labor cost

Magnetic suspension blower: routine maintenance only needs to replace a few parts such as air filter regularly, and the work is relatively simple. Its intelligent control system can monitor the running state in real time, warn potential faults in advance, and enable maintenance personnel to take measures in time, which reduces the manpower input for sudden fault maintenance, but the maintenance needs professional technicians, which may increase some labor costs.

Ordinary blower: The structure is relatively complex, including bearings, gear boxes, couplings, lubricating oil systems and many other parts, which need to be inspected, maintained and repaired regularly, such as changing lubricating oil regularly, inspecting and replacing worn bearings, etc., which consumes a lot of labor time and energy, and the labor cost is relatively high.

Component replacement cost

Magnetic suspension blower: there is no physical contact between shaft and bearing, which reduces mechanical wear, and the life of key components such as impeller and bearing is longer and the replacement frequency is low. In addition, there is no need for lubrication system, which saves the purchase cost of consumables such as lubricating oil and grease, and the maintenance cost of related parts damaged due to lubricating oil leakage.

Ordinary blower: bearings, gears and other parts are easy to wear in long-term operation and need to be replaced regularly, which increases the replacement cost of parts. Moreover, due to mechanical friction and vibration, other components may be damaged, which further increases the frequency and cost of component replacement.

Other costs

Magnetic suspension blower: It is usually equipped with a remote monitoring system, which can realize real-time remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of the running state of the blower. Although there may be a small amount of expenses for system construction and maintenance, from the overall benefit, it reduces the indirect loss cost caused by fault shutdown.

Ordinary blower: due to the high noise, if you want to meet the requirements of environmental protection, you may need to invest extra money to build sound insulation facilities; In addition, lubricating oil may leak, and corresponding protection and cleaning measures are needed, which will also increase certain costs.
