What are the requirements of magnetic levitation blower for workshop environment?
Temperature requirement
Generally speaking, the magnetic levitation blower is suitable to operate at a relatively mild ambient temperature. The ideal operating temperature is usually between 5℃ and 40℃. This is because the high temperature may affect the performance of the motor and the stability of the magnetic bearing. For example, when the temperature is too high, the winding resistance of the motor will increase, which will reduce the efficiency of the motor. At the same time, it may change the magnetic material properties of the magnetic bearing and affect the suspension effect.
When the temperature is too low, such as below 5℃, the performance of some electronic components may be affected, and the viscosity of lubricating oil (if a small amount is used for other auxiliary components) will increase, which may affect the start-up and normal operation of the equipment. In some cold workshop environments, it may be necessary to preheat the equipment properly or take insulation measures to ensure its normal operation.
Humidity requirement
The relative humidity of the workshop environment should be controlled at 40%-60%. If the humidity is too high, it may cause electrical components to get wet and increase the risk of short circuit. For example, in high humidity environment, the electrical connector in the junction box of the motor may be short-circuited due to water vapor condensation, which will affect the normal operation of the equipment.
At the same time, too high humidity may also cause the surface of the equipment to rust, especially for some magnetic levitation blowers with metal shells. If the humidity is too low, it is easy to generate static electricity, which may interfere with the electronic control system in the equipment and even damage the electronic components. In a dry environment, the proper humidity can be maintained by installing a humidifier or using electrostatic elimination equipment.
Cleanliness requirement
Magnetic suspension blower has certain requirements for air cleanliness in the workshop. The content of dust, particles and other impurities in the air in the workshop should be as little as possible. This is because impurities such as dust may accumulate on key components such as motor windings and magnetic bearings if they enter the equipment.
For motor windings, the accumulation of dust will affect the heat dissipation, which will lead to the increase of motor temperature and reduce the service life of equipment. If there is more dust around the magnetic bearing, it may interfere with the magnetic field and affect the suspension effect of the bearing. Generally, the cleanliness level in the workshop is required to reach ISO 8 or higher to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
Spatial layout requirements
The magnetic suspension blower needs enough installation space and ventilation space in the workshop. At least 1-1.5m space should be reserved around to facilitate the installation, maintenance and overhaul of the equipment. This is because in the process of equipment installation, technicians need enough space for pipeline connection, electrical wiring and other operations.
In the process of equipment operation, good ventilation is necessary to ensure the heat dissipation of equipment. If the surrounding space is narrow and the air circulation is not smooth, the heat generated by the equipment will not be radiated in time, which will make the equipment temperature too high and affect its performance and service life. At the same time, the air inlet and air outlet of the equipment should avoid being blocked by other objects to ensure that air can enter and exit the equipment smoothly.
Ground flatness requirements
The floor of the workshop where the magnetic suspension blower is installed should be kept flat. The levelness deviation of equipment installation foundation should generally not exceed 2mm/m.. If the ground is uneven, the equipment may vibrate during operation, which will affect the stability of magnetic bearing.
Moreover, the uneven ground may lead to the distortion and deformation of the equipment connecting pipeline, which will increase the risk of pipeline leakage and adversely affect the normal operation of the equipment. Before installing the equipment, the ground should be inspected and leveled as necessary.
Electromagnetic environment requirements
The electromagnetic environment in the workshop should be relatively stable. Avoid strong electromagnetic interference sources near the magnetic suspension blower, because this may affect the electronic control system inside the equipment and the magnetic field of the magnetic suspension bearing. For example, electromagnetic interference generated by large motors, transformers or high-frequency welding equipment may lead to wrong signals in the control system of the equipment, which may lead to abnormal operation of the equipment.
Generally, it is required to keep a distance of at least 3-5 meters between the equipment and the source of strong electromagnetic interference, and at the same time, measures such as shielding cables can be adopted to reduce the influence of electromagnetic interference on the equipment.
