How to debug and install Roots Blower?
Roots blower debugging and installation steps are as follows:
First, the preparation before installation
Check equipment integrity
Before installing the roots blower, it is necessary to carefully check whether all parts of the equipment are complete, damaged or deformed. Including fan main engine, motor, inlet and outlet pipes, coupling, base and other parts. For example, check whether the impeller of the fan has any bump marks. If the impeller is damaged, it may affect the performance and stability of the fan.
At the same time, check whether the specifications and models of the equipment meet the design requirements, and ensure that the installed roots blower can meet the actual work requirements.
Clean up the installation site
The installation site should be kept clean, tidy and free of sundries. The site should be cleaned and leveled to ensure that the fan base can be placed smoothly.
It is also necessary to consider the good ventilation of the site, because the roots blower will generate a certain amount of heat during operation, and good ventilation will help to dissipate heat and avoid the failure of the blower due to overheating.
Prepare installation tools and materials
Prepare suitable installation tools, such as spanner, screwdriver, level gauge, feeler gauge, etc. These tools will be used for the assembly and debugging of fans.
At the same time, prepare the auxiliary materials needed for installation, such as gaskets, bolts, nuts, sealant, etc., to ensure the quality of the materials meets the requirements, such as the sealing performance of sealant is good to prevent gas leakage.
Second, the roots blower installation steps
Foundation installation
Place the fan base on the prepared foundation, and check the levelness of the base with a level meter. Adjust the levelness by adding or subtracting gaskets under the base, so that the vertical and horizontal levelness errors are within the allowable range. Generally, the levelness error is not more than 0.1mm/m/m.. This is because the uneven base will cause vibration when the fan is running, which will affect the service life and performance of the fan.
After leveling, use anchor bolts to fix the base on the foundation. When tightening bolts, pay attention to the diagonal uniform tightening to prevent the base from being deformed.
Installation of main engine and motor
Place the Roots blower main engine on the base, align it with the installation position and fix it with bolts. Also pay attention to the tightening degree of bolts to ensure that the main engine is installed firmly.
When installing the motor, ensure the coaxiality of the motor shaft and the main shaft of the fan. A coupling can be used to connect the motor and the fan main engine, and the coaxiality can be measured and adjusted through tools such as a dial indicator. Generally, the coaxiality error is required to be less than 0.05 mm.. If the coaxiality does not meet the requirements, the fan will produce great vibration and noise during operation, and even damage the equipment.
Installation of import and export pipelines
When installing the inlet pipeline, pay attention to the internal cleanliness of the pipeline to avoid sundries from entering the fan. Pipes should be as short and straight as possible to reduce resistance. At the same time, a filter should be installed on the inlet pipeline to prevent dust and impurities from entering the fan and protect the internal components of the fan.
The installation of outlet pipes should also consider reducing resistance, and check valves should be installed to prevent gas from flowing back. The joint between the pipeline and the fan should be sealed with sealing gasket to ensure tight connection and prevent gas leakage.
Third, the debugging steps
No-load debugging
After the installation is completed, first carry out no-load debugging. Check whether the connecting parts of the fan are firm, and manually move the fan impeller to check whether the impeller can rotate flexibly without binding.
Start the motor to make the fan run under no-load condition. Observe whether the running direction of the fan is correct, and the correct running direction should conform to the equipment identification. At the same time, pay attention to listen to the fan for abnormal vibration and noise. If there is any abnormal situation, stop the machine immediately for inspection. The no-load running time is generally 2-3 hours. During the running process, check the parameters such as current, voltage and temperature of the motor every 30 minutes to ensure the normal operation of the motor.
Load debugging
After no-load debugging is normal, carry out load debugging. Close the vent valve gradually, so that the fan is gradually loaded. During the loading process, pay close attention to the changes of parameters such as pressure, flow and current of the fan. Observe whether the pressure of the fan can meet the design requirements and whether the flow rate is stable.
The load debugging time is generally not less than 4 hours, during which the overall operation of the fan, including temperature rise, should be checked. Roots blower in normal operation, the bearing temperature generally does not exceed 80℃, and the oil tank temperature does not exceed 70℃. If the temperature is too high, it may be caused by poor lubrication, excessive fan load and other reasons, which need to be checked and handled in time.
During debugging, it is also necessary to check the sealing condition of the fan to see if there is gas leakage. Soap water and other methods can be used to check the leakage of pipeline connection parts and sealing parts. If leakage is found, the connection parts should be fastened or the sealing parts should be replaced in time.
In the process of debugging and installation, we must operate in strict accordance with the instructions of the equipment and relevant safety specifications to ensure that the roots blower can be put into use normally and safely.
