Preparation before installation
Site inspection: Choose a suitable installation site, avoid the environment with high salinity, corrosive gas, dusty and inflammable and explosive gas components, and avoid the humid environment at the same time. The site should meet the requirements of fan installation space, and the machine room should be convenient for ventilation and daily maintenance.
Foundation preparation: according to the size and weight of the fan, concrete foundation shall be poured, and the foundation shall be smooth and firm, with the mark generally not less than C30 and the thickness not less than 200mm. The surface levelness shall be controlled within 10/1000, and the foundation shall be 100mm higher than the ground, and it shall be ensured that there is no interlayer, overhead and hollowness.
Equipment inspection: check whether the appearance of the fan is damaged, whether all components are complete, and whether the impeller is deformed or damaged. At the same time, check whether the attached accessories are complete, such as bolts, nuts, gaskets, seals, etc.
Electrical inspection: confirm whether the parameters such as voltage and frequency of the power supply meet the requirements of the fan, generally three-phase five-wire system, 380V, 50Hz, the deviation of the input voltage should be kept within 15% of the rated voltage, and the voltage difference between the three-phase voltages should be kept within 2% of the rated voltage. Check whether the specifications and models of the power cable are correct, whether the appearance is worn or broken, and measure the phase-to-phase insulation resistance and grounding resistance of the cable. All test results should meet the standards.
Installation step
Installation of the fan: Carefully lift the fan to the installation foundation, and control the levelness of the fan within 10/1000 by rotating the four adjusting feet at the bottom, so as to ensure that the fan is installed stably and in a horizontal state. The included angle between the bottom surface of the fan and the horizontal plane shall not exceed 0.5, and the tolerance between the installation point and the horizontal plane shall not exceed 10 mm. 。
Pipeline installation: before pipeline installation, it is necessary to confirm that it has an independent support frame, and keep the pipeline clean and the inner wall smooth. Before tightening the fasteners, all pipeline flanges and fan outlet flanges must be aligned to avoid excessive pipeline stress. The cooling air outlet of the fan can be connected by pipeline according to the actual situation. If it is connected, the hot air should be led to the outside, and the vent valve and the cooling air outlet must face a safe area.
Electrical connection: thread the power cable through the threading hole of the fan, and handle the cable joint according to relevant standards. The three phase wires are marked with yellow, green and red heat shrinkable tubes respectively, and the ground wire is marked with yellow-green heat pipes. The ground wire is fixed on the grounding copper bar, and the grounding resistance is not greater than 4Ω. If it is greater than 4Ω, double grounding of nearby grounding and system grounding is selected to reduce electromagnetic interference.
Debugging steps
Check before debugging: browse the product manual and check whether the wiring is in line with the wiring diagram; Check whether the working voltage of the wind turbine power supply meets the requirements, whether the power supply is out of phase or in phase, and whether the capacity of the distributor components meets the requirements. Confirm that the fan pipeline system is unblocked, the outlet pipeline has been connected to the fan and the pipeline joint is in good condition, the vent valve has been opened, the check valve has been installed and the sensitivity is good, the manual butterfly is in an open state, the inlet filter and the filter of the cooling system are clean, the cooling air pipeline is unblocked and the cooling system is operating normally.
First startup inspection: Pay attention to the current when starting with full voltage or step-down. The current for full voltage startup is about 5-7 times the rated current, and the step-down starting torque is proportional to the square of voltage. When the power grid capacity is insufficient, step-down starting should be adopted. When starting the fan, start the low speed first, and check whether the steering is correct; When starting high speed, wait for the fan to stop before starting, so as to prevent the switch from tripping and the motor from being damaged due to high speed reverse rotation.
Inspection of operation parameters: when the fan reaches normal speed, measure whether the input current of the fan is normal. The operating current of the magnetic suspension blower cannot exceed its rated current. If the operating current exceeds its rated current, check whether the supplied voltage is normal. At the same time, check whether the parameters such as outlet pressure, inlet temperature, outlet temperature, vibration, noise and speed of the fan are normal, and record the data.
Sensor calibration: the sensor of the fan is calibrated to ensure that the sensitivity of the sensor is consistent with the actual situation, so as to ensure the accurate measurement of various parameters of the fan and the normal operation of the control system.
Load debugging: gradually increase the load of the fan, observe the operation of the fan under different loads, and check whether the parameters such as air volume and wind pressure meet the design requirements, as well as the stability and reliability of the fan. In the process of load debugging, pay attention to observe the running state of the fan, and if there is any abnormality, stop the machine in time to check and troubleshoot.
Emergency stop test: test the emergency stop function of the fan, press the emergency stop button, and check whether the fan can stop running quickly and whether the related safety protection devices operate normally, such as whether the vent valve is open, so as to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel in an emergency.
