What's wrong with the air suspension blower not discharging air?
There may be the following reasons why the air suspension blower does not come out:
Power supply and electrical system problems:
Power failure: the power supply line has problems such as open circuit, short circuit, poor contact, etc., which leads to the blower not being able to obtain normal power supply, the motor not being able to operate, and naturally the air cannot be discharged. For example, the power cord is aging or damaged, or the power plug is loose.
Frequency converter failure: The frequency converter is the key component to control the speed of the blower motor. If the frequency converter fails, the motor may not work normally or the speed may be abnormal, thus affecting the blowing effect. For example, the parameters of the inverter are set incorrectly, and the internal circuit is damaged.
Motor failure: The motor itself has problems, such as winding short circuit, open circuit, burning, etc., which will make the motor unable to rotate or rotate abnormally, resulting in the air suspension blower not discharging air. Long-term overload operation and poor heat dissipation of the motor may cause motor failure.
Fan mechanical parts problems:
Impeller is damaged or worn: Impeller is the core component of air suspension blower, which is responsible for sucking air and accelerating its discharge. If the impeller is damaged, such as deformation, fracture and serious wear, it will affect its normal working performance, resulting in reduced air output or no air at all.
Bearing failure: Air suspension blower adopts air suspension bearing technology. If there are bearing problems, such as insufficient air pressure, bearing wear and seizure, it will hinder the rotation of the rotor and affect the normal work of the blower.
Bending or sticking of the rotating shaft: The rotating shaft may be bent due to external force or improper installation during long-term use, or the rotating shaft may be stuck due to the damage of internal parts, so that the motor cannot drive the impeller to rotate, resulting in the phenomenon of no wind.
Air inlet and outlet system problems:
Air inlet blockage: If the air inlet is blocked by dust, sundries, fibers, etc., it will hinder the intake of air and cause the blower to fail to work normally. For example, in some dusty working environments, if the air filter is not cleaned or replaced in time, it is easy to cause air inlet blockage.
Blocked or bent outlet pipeline: The outlet pipeline is blocked by foreign objects, or the pipeline is bent at an excessively large angle or flattened, which will hinder the air discharge, increase the internal pressure of the fan, and affect the air outlet effect.
Pipeline leakage: the joint of the pipeline is not tightly sealed, and leakage occurs, which will lead to partial air leakage and reduce the air volume at the outlet.
Control system problems:
Sensor failure: The air suspension blower is equipped with various sensors, such as temperature sensors and pressure sensors, to monitor the running state of the blower. If the sensor fails, it may lead to misjudgment of the control system, thus affecting the normal operation of the fan. For example, the failure of the temperature sensor may cause the fan to stop automatically due to misjudgment of excessive temperature.
Abnormal control program: the control system program of the fan is wrong, disordered or crashed, which will lead to the failure to control the operation of the fan correctly, so that the fan will not blow out or work abnormally.
