Magnetic suspension blower has the following requirements for the use environment:
I. Temperature requirements
Generally speaking, the magnetic suspension blower should operate in a certain temperature range. Usually the ambient temperature is between -10℃ and 45℃.
Excessive temperature may affect the heat dissipation effect of the equipment, leading to overheating of internal electronic components and mechanical parts, thus reducing the performance and life of the equipment. If the ambient temperature exceeds the allowable range, it may be necessary to take additional heat dissipation measures, such as installing ventilation equipment or air conditioning system.
When the temperature is too low, it may increase the viscosity of lubricating oil, affect the lubrication effect of equipment, and may also lead to the decline of the performance of some electronic components. When used in low temperature environment, it may be necessary to preheat the equipment or take heat preservation measures.
Second, the humidity requirements
Magnetic suspension blower also has certain requirements for environmental humidity. Generally, the relative humidity should be between 20% and 80%.
Excessive humidity may lead to condensation inside the equipment and damage electronic components and electrical systems. High humidity environment may also accelerate the corrosion of equipment and reduce the reliability of equipment.
If the humidity is too low, static electricity may be generated, causing damage to electronic components. In low humidity environment, consider using humidifier or taking anti-static measures.
Third, air quality requirements
The magnetic suspension blower should be operated in clean air to avoid the entry of dust, impurities and corrosive gases.
Dust and impurities in the air may enter the equipment, affecting the balance and operation of the impeller and reducing the performance and life of the equipment. An air filter can be installed at the air inlet to prevent dust and impurities from entering the equipment.
Corrosive gases may corrode the metal parts and electronic components of the equipment and affect the normal operation of the equipment. If corrosive gas exists in the service environment, corresponding protective measures should be taken, such as using corrosion-resistant materials or installing gas purification equipment.
Fourth, the installation space requirements
The magnetic suspension blower needs enough installation space to ensure the normal operation and maintenance of the equipment.
The installation space should be well ventilated to facilitate heat dissipation and air circulation of the equipment. At the same time, the equipment should be protected from strong vibration and impact, so as not to affect the performance and service life of the equipment.
It is also necessary to consider the maintenance and overhaul space of the equipment, so as to facilitate the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of the operators.
V. Electrical requirements
Magnetic suspension blower needs a stable power supply, and the voltage fluctuation should be within the allowable range.
The frequency and phase number of the power supply should match the requirements of the equipment. If the power supply is unstable, it may lead to equipment failure or damage to electronic components.
The grounding of equipment should be good to ensure the safety of operators and the normal operation of equipment.
