When the air suspension blower fails, the following steps can be followed:


First, fault judgment

1. Observe the operating status: First observe the operating status of the blower, such as whether there is abnormal noise, whether the vibration is increased, and whether the speed is abnormal. For example, if you hear a sharp friction sound, it may be the impeller and the shell friction.

2. Check the instrument display: Check the various instrument displays on the control panel, such as pressure, flow, temperature and other parameters are in the normal range. If the pressure is abnormally high or low, it may be caused by pipeline blockage or gas leakage.

3. Check the power supply: Check whether the power supply is properly connected and the voltage is stable. Excessive voltage fluctuation may affect the normal operation of the blower, and the voltage fluctuation is generally required to be within ±5%.

2. Common faults and treatment methods

1. Impeller failure:

- Impeller damage: If the impeller is damaged, such as blade fracture, deformation, etc., need to stop immediately to replace the impeller. When replacing the impeller, ensure that the quality and size of the new impeller meet the requirements and the installation is firm.

- Unbalance of impeller: Unbalance of impeller will lead to increased vibration, and the position and degree of unbalance can be determined by dynamic balance test, and then the corresponding correction. Generally, the method of adding or removing a balance block on the impeller is used to achieve dynamic balance.

2. Motor failure:

- Motor overheating: check whether the heat dissipation system of the motor is normal, such as whether the heat dissipation fan is running well and whether the vent is blocked. At the same time, check whether the load of the motor is too large, if it is a load problem, it is necessary to adjust the load or check whether the pipeline system is blocked.

- Motor can not start: check whether the power line is connected correctly, and whether the motor protection device is operating, such as overload protector, thermal relay, etc. If the protection device acts, locate the cause, rectify the fault, and then reset the protection device.

3. Bearing failure:

- Bearing overheating: Check the lubrication of the bearing, whether there is a lack of oil or lubricating oil deterioration. Add or replace lubricating oil in time to ensure good lubrication. At the same time, check whether the installation of the bearing is correct, whether there is loose or too tight.

- Bearing abnormal noise: If the bearing makes abnormal noise, it may be bearing wear or damage. Need to stop to check the bearing, if necessary, replace the new bearing.

4. Control system failure:

- Control Panel failure: If the control panel display is abnormal or unable to operate, first check whether the power supply is normal, and then check whether the connection line of the control panel is loose or damaged. If the control panel itself is faulty, contact professional maintenance personnel for repair or replacement.

- Sensor fault: A sensor fault may cause inaccurate parameter display or misoperation of the control system. Check whether the connection line of the sensor is normal and interfered with. If the sensor is damaged, replace it with a new one.

3. Test and operation after troubleshooting

1. Test run: After the fault is rectified, carry out no-load test run to observe whether the operating status of the blower is normal and whether the parameters are restored to the normal range. The no-load operation time is generally not less than 30 minutes to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

2. Step by step loading: After the no-load test runs normally, gradually increase the load and observe the operation of the blower under different loads. Pay attention to changes in parameters such as pressure and flow rate, and whether there are abnormal phenomena.

3. Monitoring and recording: During operation, continuously monitor the operating status of the blower and record various parameters, such as temperature, vibration, pressure, etc. The recorded data is analyzed regularly in order to detect potential problems in a timely manner.
