First, install the magnetic levitation blower pump body and mechanical seal part

Install the static ring part of the mechanical seal on the pump body. When installing the static ring part of the mechanical seal, wet it with water and press it evenly into the pump body by hand. Be careful not to exert too much force! After assembly, check whether the static ring part of the mechanical seal is tightly assembled with the pump body.

Press the pump body firmly against the motor and tighten the bolts. Be careful not to damage the static ring part of the mechanical seal.

Install the washer into the motor back cover, and then install the pump body, motor front cover, bearing, motor rotor, inner bearing cover components into the motor housing, locking bolts.

Install motor fan, retainer, motor guard and screw in sequence. After installation, place the motor fan shield end of the pump perpendicular to the ground, ready to install other parts of the pump.

Second, install the magnetic suspension blower pump shaft and bearing part

1. Load the pump shaft and bearing as a whole into the bracket from the non-driving end of the bracket, and the pump shaft can be installed into the bracket by tapping the bearing outer ring. Note: When striking the bearing, a pad or sleeve tool should be placed on its end face to prevent damage to the bearing.

2. Install the non-drive end bearing cover and lock the bolt. Install the lock gasket and lock nut of the roller bearing on the shaft, and then bend the lock lug of the lock gasket into the groove of the nut to prevent the nut from loosening.

3. Install washer, drive end bearing cover, lock bolt. Rotate the pump shaft by hand, and the pump shaft should rotate smoothly. If the pump shaft rotates tightly, the bolt should be slightly loosened, and the pump shaft should be adjusted to the state of smooth rotation. 4, install the flat key, coupling pump shaft part, coupling press plate, locking bolt.

Third, install magnetic suspension blower impeller

1. Press the impeller on the bearing, and ensure that the front end face of the impeller and the pump body retains a clearance of 0.05~0.15mm. Place the vacuum pump horizontally and check the clearance. If the gap is too small, it may cause mechanical failure of the magnetic suspension compressor; If the gap is too large, it will cause a decrease in the suction rate of the maglev compressor.

2. After the clearance between the impeller and the front end face of the pump body is adjusted, the depth difference between the edge of the pump and the plane of the impeller is measured with a depth gauge and the adjustment clearance is determined.

Four, the whole installation of magnetic levitation blower pump cover, disk

1. Put the motor foot in the air and the shaft on the ground in a horizontal direction.

2, magnetic suspension blower pump cover and disk form a whole. Push the pump cover onto the pump body, noting that the positioning pins should be aligned with the positioning pin holes of the pump body and disk. Fasten the pump cover to the pump body with bolts.

3. After the magnetic suspension blower pump is installed, rotate the motor fan by hand, and the pump must rotate smoothly. If the pump rotation is not smooth or the friction sound occurs during the pump rotation, the pump cover should be opened to check the clearance of the impeller and adjust it again.
