Jiangsu Weigu fluid introduction: Roots fan installation and commissioning
Roots fan installation:
Our Roots fan is installed before leaving the factory, and only needs to connect the import silencer to the entrance, the export silencer to the exit, and then the export silencer to the pipeline. Here are the installation precautions:
1, Roots fan should be installed in the ground solid place, there should be sufficient room around, easy to check, maintenance, maintenance.
2, Roots fan base should be maintained under the level of the foundation, the four corners of the base is recommended to pad damping rubber or with bolts pouring installation, to ensure that Paul fan smooth operation, small vibration.
3, Roots fan and the system of the connection pipe should be sealed reliable, small vacuum pump can use metal pipe connection gasket using oil-resistant rubber, small Roots fan can use vacuum hose connection, pipe diameter should not be less than the Roots fan suction caliber, and the pipe is required to be short and less elbow. (When welding the pipeline, remove the welding slag in the pipeline, and prohibit the welding slag from entering the vacuum pump chamber.)
4. In the connection pipe, the user can install the valve and vacuum gauge above the intake port of the Roots fan to check the ultimate pressure of the Roots fan at any time.
5, according to the provisions of the motor label to connect the power supply, and ground the wire and install the appropriate specifications of the fuse and thermal relay.
6. When the Roots fan is powered on for test run, the motor belt must be removed to confirm that the vacuum pump can be put into use in accordance with the specified direction, and the Roots fan can reverse the oil injection. (Turn in the direction indicated by the shield)
7, for the Roots fan with cooling water, connect the cooling water according to the regulations.
8. If the solenoid valve is installed at the mouth of the Roots fan, the valve and the Roots fan should operate at the same time.
9. When the exhaust gas from the Roots fan affects the working environment, the oil mist filter can be installed or connected to the pipeline at the exhaust port.
Commissioning of Roots fan:
Roots fan commissioning: point commissioning, no-load operation commissioning, full pressure commissioning, full system commissioning.
1. Point debugging means that the fan is completely separated from the system at the site and the inlet and outlet pipes of the fan are disconnected. Manual turning, confirm that there is no delay inside the body, start the fan, and then immediately shut down, and then observe whether the rotation direction of the fan is the same as the rotation direction marked by the body, if different, for the three-phase motor, exchange any two-phase cable, reconnect. Because of the structure of the Roots fan, it cannot be reversed.
2. No-load operation debugging refers to inherits the previous step and confirms the correct rotation direction of the fan, starts the fan, runs continuously for half an hour, and observes whether the fan runs stably, with or without abnormal noise and vibration.
3, the full pressure test refers to the installation of a valve at the fan outlet (in order to avoid noise, when the valve is connected to a silencer), after starting the fan, gradually close the valve, and apply a simulated load to the fan until the fan pressure reaches the pressure shown on the nameplate, and then run continuously for about 2 hours to ensure that the fan has no abnormal sound and the temperature is stable (the temperature rises gradually after the fan is pressurized). Generally, the short is half an hour, the long is 2 hours, the temperature tends to stabilize and stop rising, if it continues to rise, most of the problems exist), and the fan current is within the demonstration circle of the nameplate.
4, the whole system test, refers to the fan access to the working system, start trial operation, trial operation should be maintained for more than half an hour. Since the design generally has a design margin, the pressure and current of the actual operation of the fan after it is connected to the system should be lower than the pressure shown on the nameplate, such as overload conditions often mean that the selection is improper, and the problem needs to be strictly investigated and analyzed.
