At the same time, I think of the shortcomings of the equipment in the design, such as the small design parameters, the actual operating parameters are much larger than the design parameters, so that the fan can not meet the load of the unit.

On the other hand, it may be the installation and manufacturing reasons, the reverse installation of the adjustment door and the excessive coordination gap will cause the fan performance to be greatly reduced; The blade profile also has a great influence on the output and efficiency of the fan. There are also cases of damage to the blade profile due to improper manufacturing or running wear.

On the other hand, it is related to operation and system aspects, including incorrect indication of the opening of the adjustment door, unreasonable arrangement of the system pipeline, and so on.
