Air suspension fan is actually a constant pressure device with variable flow rate. When the speed reaches a certain value, the theoretical pressure-flow curve of the air suspension blower should be straight. The actual characteristic curve is curved due to internal losses. The pressure generated by air suspension blowers is greatly affected by changes in intake air temperature or density. For a given intake volume, the pressure generated by a higher intake temperature (lower air density) is lower. For a given pressure and flow characteristic curve, there are power and flow characteristic curves. When an air suspension blower operates at a constant speed, the required power increases as the inlet temperature at a given flow rate decreases.

The selection of air suspension blower has always been a topic of concern to consumers, because the choice of air suspension centrifugal blower is not only related to the cost of consumers, but also directly affects the use of air suspension blower in the field, if the user chooses air suspension blower. If the fan is not suitable for the place, the effect of the air suspension blower can not meet the needs of the user. Air suspension centrifugal blower is a new concept blower, its main components:

1, single-stage centrifugal impeller: the impeller can be selected AL7075 (high-strength aviation aluminum), Ti, SUS and other materials, with strong wear resistance, deformation resistance, service life of more than 30 years.

2, automatic oil-free cooling system: the cooling sheet material is made of aluminum alloy (AL) material with very strong thermal conductivity, no additional energy loss and simple structure. Air suspension blower below 150HP adopts air self-cooling technology.

3. Ultra-high speed frequency modulation motor: the fan impeller is directly connected to the motor, the motor speed is 29000-30000 RPM, and the fan control panel is a frequency conversion control system. Air suspension centrifugal blower itself has integrated local control and frequency conversion system in one, there is no need to set up a separate frequency conversion cabinet and operating cabinet. Through the control panel of the fan itself, various functions can be set and parameters such as fluid temperature, motor revolution, air pressure, air volume, power consumption can be queried.

4, noise reduction technology: the fan itself runs smoothly, the installation is simple, the use of the state is silent, to solve the conventional roots fan noise, vibration and other shortcomings.

In actual use, the effect of air suspension fans is not only related to the type of air suspension fans, but also affected by the place where air suspension blowers are used. Therefore, in addition to selection, it is also necessary to judge the situation of the use site to ensure the basic effect of the air suspension fan.
