Maglev blower maintenance regulations:

1. Check the maglev blower project every week

Step 1: Filter

Control cabinet filter

Main intake (cooling intake) filter. Check the differential gauge reading. The magnetic levitation high-speed fan is run at 100% air volume, read the 

following parameters:

1) Differential pressure of motor cooling inlet air filter

2) The differential pressure gauge shows the reading

3) Forced air cooling system (if installed) differential pressure gauge reading

2. Fault record (read by the sixth group parameter M6 in the local control panel)

Delete the faulty memory after reading the information.

2. Check the maglev blower project every month

1. Fuse F3-F4

Use a multimeter to check whether the fuse is blown

The fuse is located in the control box under the bearing controller

Caution: High pressure is dangerous!

2. Vent valve

Run the maglev high speed fan normally, and tie the plastic bag tightly at the vent valve outlet.

Check whether the vent valve leaks according to the condition of the plastic bag.

3. Check valve

Stop maglev blower to be checked and keep other fans running.

Tie the vent valve outlet of the fan to be checked with a plastic bag.

Check whether air is leaking from the vent valve according to the condition of the bag.

If only one fan is installed onsite, remove the check valve from the pipe and move the valve plate by hand to check the flexibility and determine whether

 the check valve is faulty.

4. Magnetic bearing controller cooling fan

Check the appearance of the fan and the noise and vibration during operation.

It is replaced every 5 years.

5. Inverter cooling fan

Check the appearance of the fan and the noise and vibration during operation (usually, the inverter cooling fan needs to be replaced after 4 to 5 years)

3. Check the maglev blower project every 6 months

1. Motor cooling duct

Open the sound enclosures on both sides of the maglev high speed fan.

Check the aluminum motor cooling duct for cracks, and replace it if necessary.

2. Piping

Check the external pipe connections of the maglev high speed fan. Pay special attention to the connection of cooling lines.

Check the seal at inlet and outlet air cone.

3. Clean the motor room and control room (clean twice a year)
