Lift the upper end of the adjusting cylinder and the upper part of the guide ring, remove the connecting bolts and positioning nuts between the two sides of the blade bearing cylinder, lift the upper half of the blade bearing cylinder vertically, loosen the connecting bolts of the fixing plate and the adjusting cylinder support, install the lifting tool, lift the blade bearing cylinder and the lower side of the adjusting cylinder, install the lifting device on both sides of the blade bearing cylinder and the adjusting cylinder assembly, and rotate 180°. Loosen the guide ring, lift the bolts of the lifting device, lift the lower half of the adjustment cylinder and the lower half of the guide ring, the installation process is the opposite, each part must be carefully cleaned before use.

The coordinate elevation error of the transmission side bearing should not be greater than 0.015mm, the longitudinal center of the lower shell should overlap with the vertical axis of the bearing seat, the tolerance is 0.03mm, the horizontal plane of the left and right shell should be fitted in the free state, when the connection bolts are tightened evenly by 1/3, there should be no gap nearby, pay attention to the radial clearance between the static blade and the rotor, the moving blade and the shell. The end face and axial circular runout of each part of the rotor, the gap between the guide structure on the base and the human body guide groove, these gaps should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents, and should be recorded accordingly.
The blower is a precision manufacturing equipment, the parts should be solved, some parts should be placed on the support, for the surface to facilitate damage, chafed parts should be placed on the rubber pad or wood, in the disassembly to be clearly marked on the non-working surface or do a good job of the corresponding prefix, placed in a clean area by a special person to take care of, according to the instructions of the shaft connecting the shaft.
6, the main motor installation: use the crane to lift the motor to its base, good shaft connector, according to the speed reducer leveling, find the motor, coaxiality, should meet the technical standards, tolerance is ±0.015mm, and then connect the shaft connector, install the cable box.
7, fan auxiliary equipment installation: its auxiliary equipment mainly includes grease station, power oil station, air supply header, muffler, gate valve and the corresponding pipeline, grease station and power oil station due to small vibration, small net weight, low installation accuracy, the use of chisel release pad installation, the oil station is put in place after leveling and straightening, and then grouting. 8. Test run
(1) The preparation work before the test operation of the equipment shall, in addition to meeting the requirements and the provisions of the technical documents of the equipment, meet the following conditions:
A. Keep the pipes and equipment on the suction side of the blower clean.
B. The prime mover that drives the blower must be carried out at the end of the test run according to the requirements of the technical components of the equipment.
(2) The test run of the equipment shall comply with the following provisions:
a, air filter, dehumidification equipment test run should comply with the equipment technical documents.
B. Gate valve test operation should meet the requirements.
(3) The stator blade of the blower itself can be adjusted:
a, the cylinder piston in the full stroke back and forth 10 times, the action should be flexible, no blocking, the position is correct.
b, cylinder piston stroke and speed should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents.
C. The scale on the human body and the viewing Angle indicator on the operating disk should be matched.
⑷ Blower wheel provisions:
A. The jacking oil pump works normally.
b, clutch chimeric action is flexible and reliable.
c, can be manually or automatically completed turning.
d. The continuous turning time of the first push blower is 8 hours.
e. During the turning up period, the blower and motor should operate normally.
(5) Equipment linkage test shall comply with the following provisions:
A. Speed up operation and low load operation shall be carried out according to the requirements of the equipment technical documents, and the low load operation time is 4 hours.
b, the blower with adjustable stator blade should run smoothly for 4 hours after reaching the rated load.
C. When changing the operating state, ensure the operation of the blower's operating area.
d, rated load operation after all parts of the abnormal and then reduced to low-load operation, low-load operation time is 1 hour, should be started immediately after shutdown.
e, the load operation of the test items and accuracy requirements should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents.
