The first is that electricity, steel, cement, petrochemical, transportation and other industries are major carbon emissions, of which the power industry accounted for the largest proportion of carbon emissions, more than 50%. With the superposition of many factors, the coal power generation industry must find a suitable way to save energy and reduce emissions, otherwise it will face the elimination of the market. In the production of thermal power generation, fan energy consumption is huge, accounting for about 30% to 35% of the total energy consumption. In the past two years, many thermal power generation companies have upgraded their blowers in the process of technological transformation, replacing Roots blowers with energy-efficient maglev blowers. Avoid noise, vibration and waste lubricating oil and other secondary pollution to the environment, reduce equipment maintenance workload, save equipment maintenance costs. Magnetic levitation blower is a new high-tech product with high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, which integrates magnetic levitation bearing technology and high-speed motor technology into traditional fan.
Maglev blowers are mainly used in the desulfurization and oxidation step in the coal power generation industry to achieve ultra-low emission desulfurization, reduce energy consumption and reduce pollution emissions. Ultra-low emission desulfurization transformation mainly refers to the removal of most of the sulfur dioxide in the exhaust gas through the process to prevent pollution caused by discharge into the atmosphere. Most coal-fired power plants adopt limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization process.
The main principle of gypsum wet desulphurization is as follows: Firstly, powdered limestone is mixed with water to make absorption liquid, which is driven into the absorption tower by slurry pump; In the absorption tower, the sulfur dioxide in the discharged flue gas will react with water and calcium carbonate in the absorption liquid to form calcium sulfite, etc., and converge at the bottom of the absorption tower; At this time, it is necessary to send a large amount of air through the desulfurization blower, so that the oxygen and calcium sulfite in the blender to undergo forced oxidation reaction to form calcium sulfate. At this time, the mixed liquid is already gypsum slurry, and then discharged through the slurry pump, and after dehydration, it can be made into the final byproduct of the flue gas desulfurization process - gypsum.
Oxidation fan is an important equipment of ultra-low emission desulfurization renovation project, which is directly related to the investment and operation effect of the whole project. In the flue gas desulfurization process, it is necessary to ensure that the desulfurization blower can provide enough air and oxygen in the process to ensure that the calcium sulfite eventually generates gypsum crystals. Once the desulphurization blower is insufficient, it will lead to insufficient oxidation, and eventually make the byproducts of poor quality and sulfur dioxide treatment is not thorough, resulting in economic losses and environmental pollution. In the past, the thermal power generation industry mainly used Roots fan, Roots blower has the disadvantages of greater relative noise, larger vibration, low efficiency, and high air leakage rate (about 10%), and its air volume adjustment can only use frequency conversion speed regulation and air discharge pipe. The export flow rate of the ultra-low emission desulfurization transformation project is about 100m³/min, and the export pressure is about 115kPa. A 220kW maglev blower from Cirui Technology is selected to replace the original Roots fan, saving about 30% of electricity and further reducing the power rate and coal consumption of the factory. A single 220kW maglev blower saves about 820,000 KWH of electricity per year than the original Roots fan, saves about 330 tons of standard coal per year, and reduces CO2 emissions by about 790 tons per year.
The application of floating magnetic levitation blower in coal power generation has brought real cost reduction and efficiency increase for power generation enterprises. I believe that in the future, maglev blowers will definitely become the anchor of energy conservation and emission reduction of coal power generation enterprises.
